Nancy is a native of Shreveport, LA. She moved to Houston and began her real estate career more than 20 years ago. As a veteran of the real estate profession, Nancy shares her many years of experience and knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods with the clients that she assists. She is extremely warm-hearted and friendly, which immediately puts her clients at ease. Whether her clients are interested in new construction or resale properties, Nancy is a skilled negotiator and will always put the interests of her clients first. Nancy has an innate affinity for being able to quickly analyze the needs and preferences of her clients, which enables her to pinpoint the perfect home and neighborhood for them. As an astute listener, Nancy takes her cues from her clients. When working with Nancy, clients quickly become part of her inner-circle, and she will go above and beyond to see to it that her clients are completely satisfied. Over the years, Nancy has developed a loyal international clientele, and as such is very sensitive to the cultural diversities of her clients. This is important when assisting individuals and families who relocate to the Houston area from other countries. Nancy also has experience working with developers in the Houston area, and is on the Board of Northpoint Development. Nancy has a very loving, giving spirit and in her spare time, she volunteers at the New Hope Program for the Homeless.
