Diana Berg’s real estate career spans nearly two decades of accumulating a wide variety of expertise. She began by managing an international commercial brokerage referral service for three years. From that experience, she moved into the residential development business where she managed the office staff and processed transactions from the developer to homebuilders. Her first endeavor in sales was with a luxury custom homebuilder, where she was the top sales producer during her first two years. Diana then joined a traditional residential brokerage firm in 1992. Having been successful in the industry, she so obviously enjoys being able to assist her clients.
Diana considers herself to be a “creative problem solver,” and she tries to generate an automatic sense of trust among her clients. Her attitude in every negotiation is that she will do whatever it takes to succeed, and success is measured only through achieving the objectives of her clients. Diana has been a resident of Houston since 1977, and specializes in areas from the inner loop to West Houston. Diana has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors, and has served on several committees of the Houston Association of Realtors.
