He has served the public as a sales representative in the Houston area for the over 10 years. When asked about this directly, Justin’s answer is simple but very telling about his methodology. He said, “What separates the good agents or sales reps from the great ones is their ability to completely understand the needs and wants of their clients. Never settle…fulfilling even 9 of 10 of your client’s needs should be unacceptable. That is the level of service that I received from Bernstein Realty when I bought my first home, and that is the reason I am here now”.
As a resident of Fall Creek on the Northeast side of Houston, Justin intends to focus on that area and work with clients whose intentions are to live in the Humble, Kingwood, and Atascocita areas. Having also lived in the Galleria area, west end, and Midtown, Justin looks forward to working with clients who look to live in Houston’s fastest growing residential districts.
Justin has lived in the greater Houston area for over 10 years. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, he is a proud Texan and Houstonian specifically. He truly is one of those that “weren’t born here, but got here as fast as they could” types. While he admits that there are far fewer cowboy hats and boots than he had expected, he was and is pleasantly surprised by the immense diversification of cultures represented in Houston.
