Eureka Turner is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana with fond memories of Mardi Gras, Cajun foods, and the Jazz, Crawfish, Music, Arts and Heritage Festivals. She moved to Houston in 1978 and in 1997, she became a licensed Real Estate Agent. Prior to her real estate career, Eureka worked as an Account Executive/Sales Associate in the Telecommunications industry to both business and non-business customers, including AT&T and MCI, among others.
She started in real estate as a New Home Sales Counselor for U.S. Homes in Pearland and then for D.R. Horton Custom Homes in Sugar Land. Well-versed in selling new construction for builders, From her experience as a New Home Sales Counselor, she is also knowledgeable in reading blueprints, plot plans, and surveys as well as understanding the different stages of new home construction from foundation to completion. Eureka guided her customers from contract to closing, including lot selection, design center selections, conducting pre-construction, pre-sheetrock, and final walk-through meetings. From her experience as a New Home Sales Counselor, she is also knowledge in reading blueprints, plot plans, and surveys as well as understands the different stages of new home construction from foundation to completion.
